You will join the largest and fastest growing accommodation provider in the travel industry. They are a multinational organization that provides experts in the travel industry ground services (hotels, transportation, tours and activities).

Description
Work closely with the Transformation office and the rest of the senior leadership team Assist in the definition, implementation and management of the transformation journey that is consistent with business strategy from an end-to-end supplier onboarding perspective Management of people, technologies and implementing new processes Overseeing the entire supplier onboarding process and applying practical thinking to ensure this is done as quickly and efficiently as possible

Profile
Diverse experience in managing major transformative projects, with a strong drive for success and a customer-centric attitude that spans across the company and support functions Extensive program management experience in the end-to-end supplier onboarding process, including process improvement and solution delivery to exceed customer expectations in all areas, from checklists for initial supplier meetings and evaluation to approval and supplier requirements, management of expectations, lead times, pricing and payment terms through to supplier connectivity and conversion Able to identify problems and propose solutions capable of steering implementation as needed Ability to make critical decisions, handle complex situations and think strategically
